Charlotte (aka The Squirrel) and Webster are still living with me. There is an issue with Webster's gums which we are trying to resolve. Until then, they will live with me. I'm certainly not complaining. They are no trouble at all. Seriously. I already have my own collection of animals: 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 4 birds and my extra two foster cats = NO TROUBLE!
As I'm working on the computer - Webster is keeping me company. Charlotte is gazing out the window at the front of the house. So if you would like some gorgeous and beautiful, no trouble at all kitten-cats of your own - these two would be awesome.
For the past couple of days they have been starving! I'm figuring this might be a growth spurt. I'm amazed at how much food two little kitties can pack away!
In the security that is their room, Charlotte is quite happy to lie down and not move while you have to setp over her. She will let you pick her up and love her up, but when she's out in the house its a somewhat different story. I've been letting them out of the room in the evenings and on the weekends when I'm home. (7kg of my big cat isn't something I want to leave them with just in case there are issues - my big boy can be territorial). Charlotte is elusive, but she is slowly becoming more confident in the larger space that is the house. Last night while I was camera-less she curled up in the middle of the lounge, while Webster stretched out on the lounge's arm - his two little front legs stretched out as far as they would go. It was beyond gorgeous!
Webster came and joined me this morning on the bed and greeted me with the biggest ever rumble-purrs. It wasn't because he wanted food - I'd already fed him - he was after some love. How could you not melt over that?
Since pictures speak a thousand words, I'll just post a collection of them in their gorgeousness and let them speak for themselves.
